Wedding at St Peter's Church, Offham

I had the pleasure of being invited to Fiona and Dom's wedding yesterday to provide hair and make up for the bridal party.
They got ready at Mill Laine Barns in Offham where they had a beautiful marque set up, and the church was just a 10 minute walk down from the barn....

The flower girl had a braid around her her hair with fresh flowers placed in it.

The bride had her hair pulled back into a low bun with a braid going back in to it.

Fiona in her lovely wedding dress.  All make up was kept very natural and fresh.
Fiona and her mum, who also had her hair and make up done.
Fiona all ready to go and get married (hopefully leaving the glass of bubbles behind)
The bride, her flower girl and little page boys
Both bridesmaids had their hair pulled back into a bun with twists at the sides and finished off with fresh flowers.

The bridal party all ready to go and get married.
Mother of the bride, hair blow-dried, natural make up and hat all ready.

 Stunning Marquee
I always have to include a photo of the cake :-)

Other than the weather (it rained all day), a glorious day was had by all.  This is such a lovely venue to get married and I wish Fiona and Dom all the best.

Brand New Wedding Website

Hello, I hope you like my new look website. This has been quite a time coming as I have been working with my web people for the majority of the year working on the site. I am now proud to announce that my new site is up and running - and I am extremely proud of it. I appreciate all of your comments and will be running a very exciting competition very soon. In the meantime, I hope you will have an explore around my site and leave any feedback. My website started off with humble beginnings in 2003. I asked my cousin to design it.  It was very simple and got straight to the point! Then in 2010 I decided that I needed a re-design.  This is when I researched web people and decided upon using Hope and Creed .  They offer a friendly, relaxed service and are extremely informative throughout the entire process.   By the end of 2012 I was getting a little bit sick and tired of pink! I loved my website, but it was a website that ONLY showed my wedding hair and make up work

How to choose a photographer for your wedding day - Introducing Marianne Chua

ABOUT YOU........ What is your background? I’m Marianne, I’m a young (in my head) photographer who specialises in weddings but who occasionally ganders with music photography as well. I’m self-taught through the school of Google, so essentially I learnt everything I know from online resources and trial and erroring during my film photography hobby days… then one day a friend asked me to photograph their wedding so I picked up a digital camera and haven’t stopped since! I still own 16 film cameras and will be using some of them at the weddings. ABOUT YOUR COMPANY Tell me a bit about your company and what you have to offer to the wedding industry. I’m a wedding photographer offering a fun, relaxed, alternative documentary style of photography! I’m based in London but I adventure all over to shoot weddings. I offer a more modern and quirky service, I think the kind of clients that book me want someone friendly who can blend into their day and be a part of it ra

Harry Derbidge Boutique - Harry's World

Thursday was a great fun day spent with Annabelle's Wigs; Harry Derbidge recently got in touch with Annabelle's Wigs with a photo and asked if four wigs could be made up for his shop mannequins in his Boutique in Essex. 'Harry's World' The wigs arrived so we jumped in the car to take them up, style them and to start a new 'hairy' trend with mannequins;                                                Meet Barbara and Wendy - Harry's mannequins with their new hair...... extra high with extra length! Harry checking out the fringe..... he is a happy, happy chappie!                                          Harry asked for two more wigs the same style but in different colours to be made up so that he can change the hair colours from time to time.  Modelled by Harry and Myself ! Who says that work can't be fun?   Harry is such a cutie that he wouldn't let us leave without giving us a little prezzie from his shop..... Love
